SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Standard and Evaluations Support to support an opportunity at Whiteman AFB, MO.
Position Overview Section
The Stan/Eval Support manages squadron and group-level standardization and evaluation programs. This role ensures compliance with Air Force evaluation requirements, training, and EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) systems.
Essential Job Functions
- Maintain accountability of testing materials and update databases (PEX, ARMS).
- Track and notify aircrew of evaluations, overdue items, and FCIF updates.
- Review and update aircrew records, gradebooks, and evaluation documentation.
- Manage EFB program, including inventory, updates, and user training.
- Generate reports (AF Forms 8, 942, 1035) and assist in evaluation trend analysis.
Minimum Position Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Knowledge of Air Force evaluation systems and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
