SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to support an opportunity at Randolph AFB.
POSITION OVERVIEW SECTION
The Site Supervisor provides on-site leadership, oversight, and control of contract personnel, ensuring all contractual requirements are met and operations are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with government standards.
Essential Job Functions
• Provide on-site supervision in accordance with contract Manning Table of Contents (MTC) requirements.
• Oversee and direct contract personnel in the performance of daily tasks and operational duties.
• Ensure contract manning levels meet or exceed contractual requirements at all times.
• Assign work based on employee skill sets and ensure personnel are properly trained, certified, and available to perform assigned tasks.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for coordination with Government supervision and management.
• Ensure full compliance with contract requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and submit accident/incident reports and ensure proper documentation and follow-up actions.
• Attend required meetings and provide updates on personnel, operations, and performance.
• Maintain accountability of personnel actions and operational activities.
Minimum Position Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role in inventory control, asset management, logistics operations, or aircraft maintenance support.
• Proven ability to maintain detailed records and ensure strict accountability of government assets.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively interface with maintenance personnel, supervisors, and government representatives.
