Position Overview Section
SierTeK is seeking a qualified Division Business Analyst to Support Division leadership by analyzing business operations, improving processes, coordinating workflow activities, gathering requirements, and developing solutions that enhance organizational efficiency.
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications - JOURNEYMAN
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering Management, Public Administration or related discipline
- 5 years business operations, program management, or management analysis experience
- Secret Clearance
Minimum Qualifications - SENIOR
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering Management, Public Administration or related discipline
- 10 years experience in business operations, program management, or management analysis experience
- Executive-level strategic planning
- Organizational transformation
- Cross-functional leadership
- Secret Clearance
