SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Business Analyst to support an opportunity at HIll AFB, UT.
POSITION OVERVIEW SECTION
The purpose of this task order is to provide Overhead Production and Management Support for the 523rd & 526th Electronics Maintenance Support Squadrons at Hill AFB.
Essential Job Functions
Provides comprehensive project tracking, scheduling, reporting, and Production Acceptance Certification (PAC) support across multiple government programs. The employee supports up to 90 concurrent projects and serves as a central coordination point for project visibility, schedule integrity, compliance tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Project Management and Tracking
- Track, monitor, and report project status across multiple government project managers.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, customers, internal teams, and senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain visual project dashboards and trackers within government-provided MS Teams channels, updated at least weekly.
- Deliver routine project status updates, schedule notifications, and leadership-level summaries.
- Monitor project metrics, identify schedule risks, scope creep, and delinquent tasks, and promptly communicate issues to the government.
Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Analytics
- Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) incorporating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), milestones, dependencies, and progress tracking.
- Utilize Gantt charts, Critical Path Method (CPM), and Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) methodologies.
- Track project performance against baseline plans and provide forecasting, variance analysis, and trend reporting.
- Maintain real-time schedule data and provide task order–level reporting metrics.
Risk, Constraints, and Documentation Support
- Maintain a project Risk Register and Constraints Strategy records using government-approved formats.
- Compile and communicate constraint data, bottlenecks, and required government engineering involvement.
- Support meetings by preparing and presenting project updates, documenting minutes and action items, and posting deliverables to MS Teams.
- Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned.
Project Governance and Deliverables
- Track and validate Project Management Plans (PMPs) for completeness and compliance.
- Prepare draft management documentation, analyses, and presentations, including RACI and schedule artifacts.
- Develop Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs) and recommended Courses of Action (COAs) aligned to project schedules and risks.
Production Acceptance Certification (PAC) and Training Support
- Standardize and maintain PAC task codes to ensure regulatory compliance and auditability.
- Align PAC tasks with electronic Work Control Documents (eWCDs) and support certification tracking.
- Generate and analyze PAC and Training Support System (TSS) reports.
- Maintain training records, gated training program tracking, and CBT completion data in myLearning and TSS.
- Support PAC stamp management, accountability, training, and reporting.
