- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support for clients with complex needs.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
- Implement evidence-based practices in behavioral therapy and psychopharmacology when appropriate.
- Advocate for clients’ needs within the healthcare system, ensuring access to necessary resources and services.
- Stay informed about developments in social work practices, addiction counseling, and mental health trends.
Skills
