Attention those who might need weekend opportunities? We are looking for a Caregiver who would like part or full time day shift, to care for our clients in a professional and compassionate manner. The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills, and is the face of our community to the community. You should be able to interact with visitors and providers and perform a variety of skills and tasks to help our residents. We are uniquely family owned and operated and maintain a family atmosphere for our residents and staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside.
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- Help clients with physical therapy exercises
- Be a pleasant and supportive companion
- Report any unusual incidents
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Skills
- Proven experience as a caregiver is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- Respectful and compassionate
- Good time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ethics
- Physical endurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
