Sierra View Medical Center is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to provide strategic leadership for our HR function. This role will partner closely with executive leadership and oversee key areas including employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits strategy, workforce planning, recruitment and retention, compliance, investigations, and organizational development.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
• 7 years of progressively responsible HR leadership experience
• 5 years of experience managing HR staff
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification required
• Healthcare HR experience is preferred
