Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance, engagement, and accountability across all shifts
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control to meet customer SLAs and company KPIs
- Drive productivity and efficiency through labor planning, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor and enforce safety standards, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and proper system transactions within the WMS
- Collaborate cross-functionally with transportation, customer service, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client needs
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on productivity, quality, and service levels; implement corrective actions as needed
- Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching to support skill development and career growth
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners
- Support a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Job Requirements:
- 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a high-volume warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and inventory management processes
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF technology
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on process improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
