Position Summary

As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality electronic devices/boards. You will work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment where precision, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and devices.
• Instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet strict quality standards.
• Operate manufacturing equipment, hand tools, and production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), company procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Identify and report quality concerns or production issues.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support production objectives.
• Cross-train in multiple production areas as business needs require.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience required.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with excellent hand-eye coordination.
