Life Science Consulting Sales Executive- ONSITE

We are seeking a driven, high-performing Sales Executive with experience in IT staffing and consulting within the Life Sciences industry. This is a true hunter role—perfect for someone who excels at opening new doors, building relationships from the ground up, and closing net-new business.

• Proactively identify and win new business across Life Sciences organizations (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, CROs)
• Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans through cold outreach, networking, and industry engagement
• Sell interim IT staffing and consulting services, including solutions across areas like:
  • Clinical systems & data (e.g., clinical trials, CDMS, EDC)
  • Regulatory & compliance systems (GxP environments)
  • Data & analytics / digital transformation
  • Infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity
• Own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach through contract negotiation and close
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across IT, R&D, and operations
• Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction
• Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets and activity metrics

• 3-7 years of sales experience in IT staffing, consulting, or professional services
• Experience selling into Life Sciences clients (pharma, biotech, med device, or CROs strongly preferred)
• Proven success in a net-new business / hunter role
• Strong understanding of the Life Sciences technology landscape (clinical, regulatory, data, or enterprise IT)
• Comfortable operating in a startup or high-growth environment
• Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
