Primary Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, target, and win new business within healthcare organizations (health systems, hospitals, payers, etc.)
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting
- Sell interim IT staffing and consulting services, aligning solutions to client needs (EHR, infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation, etc.)
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through close
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue and activity targets
Education and Experience
- 3-7 years of sales experience in IT staffing, consulting, or professional services
- Direct experience selling into healthcare clients (strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated success in a true hunter role (new logo acquisition)
- Comfortable operating in a startup or high-growth environment
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
