As a Sierra AE, you will be a pivotal player in expanding our footprint within the dynamic New England healthcare sector. You will leverage your understanding of client needs and our services to deliver valuable solutions that address crucial healthcare challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and engage with key stakeholders within healthcare organizations, including insurance providers, hospitals, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and biotech companies.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for consulting services and staff augmentation solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of healthcare decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close contracts for consulting and staff augmentation projects.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., delivery, marketing, legal) to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Stay current on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and regulatory changes within the healthcare sector.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management within the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Healthcare Management) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of successful experience selling consulting services and/or staff augmentation solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Solid understanding of the healthcare industry, including its challenges and opportunities, across different sectors (e.g., insurance providers, hospitals, pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotech).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management.
