Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Safety Manager / Site Safety Coordinator / Construction Superintendent located in Brooklyn/ Bronx / Manhattan , NY. The manager will oversee the implementation of safety policies and procedures, provide safety training to staff, and ensure compliance with all NYC chapter 33 Code requirements and regulations / FDNY code requirements . Collaborating with various stakeholders/ City agencies the Manager will continuously assess and mitigate risks to maintain a safe working environment for all site personal.
Qualifications
- NYC DOB Site Safety manager LIC / or
- NYC DOB Site Safety Coordinator LIC / or
- NYC DOB Construction Superintendent LIC / or
- NYC 62hr SST card - must
- S56 LIC - Optional
- NYC DOB Concrete safety manager LIC / or
