Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas
- Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products
- Inspect properties for damages or maintenance issues and report any concerns promptly
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure consistency and quality across all rentals
- Manage time efficiently to prepare multiple properties within scheduled turnaround times
- Maintain cleanliness logs and communicate with property managers regarding any special requests or issues
- Use eco-friendly cleaning products whenever possible to promote sustainability and guest safety
Experience
- Prior experience in professional cleaning or hospitality services is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple property turnovers efficiently
- Good communication skills for reporting issues or special requests clearly and promptly
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
