Office Coordinator – Full Time
Sierra Restoration | Northern Utah
Sierra Restoration is a well-established leader in disaster restoration, built on over 14 years of strong performance and customer trust. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Coordinator who takes ownership of their work and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting key operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Customer Experience
- Serve as the first point of contact—answer phones, texts, emails, and voicemails with professionalism and clarity
- Greet customers and represent the company with a high level of service
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and account follow-up
Operational Support
- Provide direct support to Estimators and Project Managers to keep projects progressing efficiently
- Create, track, and manage contracts and job documentation with accuracy
- Assist in maintaining momentum across active jobs through strong follow-through
Administrative & Systems Management
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Validate contracts, paperwork, receipts, and forms for completeness and accuracy
- Manage and help optimize internal systems, including job and fleet management software
Coordination & Accountability
- Assist in coordinating weekly job and AR meetings
- Support internal communication and scheduling efforts
- Help identify and improve administrative processes where needed
Compensation
- $15–$17 per hour, depending on experience

Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy
- Comfortable with Microsoft Workspace (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Clear and professional communication skills
- High level of reliability and accountability
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
