Environmental Phase I ESA/Property Condition Assessment Team Member 

Sierra Piedmont Engineers & Geologists is seeking to retain an Environmental Phase I/Property Condition Assessment team-member with a passion for client service to join Sierra's commercial property due diligence department. 

This is an important position within our company and in the environmental engineering industry.  One to five years of transferable work experience is required along with an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology, Environmental Science, or Construction Management.  The right candidate will be a master multi-tasker with a high energy level, strong work ethic, and be highly reliable.

*Desired candidate must live in close proximity to the Woodstock, Georgia office, or be open to relocation. 

Required Skills, Experience and Attributes

• High degree of organization skills 
• High communication skills both verbally and written
• Willingness to travel nationwide via air for 1-3 days at a time, 3-4 times per month
• Ability to document field activities via field notes and photo's
• Adherence to deadlines, ensuring all tasks meet the requirements while adhering to cost and time budgets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
