Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to lead our manufacturing maintenance team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of equipment upkeep, facilities management, and safety compliance within our production environment. Your leadership will ensure optimal machine performance, minimize downtime, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across our operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, pneumatic, hydraulic and high/low voltage systems.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools to maximize equipment reliability.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts on simple and complex machinery by interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Manage maintenance projects from planning through execution, coordinating resources effectively to meet production goals.
- Oversee facilities management tasks such as HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, and general building maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
- Train and mentor maintenance technicians on proper procedures, safety protocols, and technical skills including the use of ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety compliance documentation.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance environments with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience with both low voltage and high voltage systems.
- Familiarity with schematics interpretation, and industrial control systems.
- Experience utilizing CMMS software for work order management and maintenance planning.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, facilities management practices, and safety standards related to industrial settings.
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters; ability to read electrical schematics accurately. Join us as we continue to grow and innovate!
