to support modern IT infrastructure at our manufacturing facilities and
office locations nationwide. The successful applicant must have current

from either Medford, Wisconsin or Phenix City, Alabama. About the
Position Collaborate with network team to design, implement, maintain,
and optimize enterprise network and server infrastructure to ensure high
availability, performance, and security Monitor and troubleshoot
network, server, virtualization, and cloud environments, resolving
issues promptly to minimize downtime Work as part of a team to
configure, deploy, and support switches, routers, firewalls, wireless
networks, servers, storage systems, and related technologies Perform
system administration tasks including server provisioning and patching
Support and maintain secure, reliable connectivity between on-premises
infrastructure and Microsoft Azure services, including networking,
identity integration, and hybrid cloud solutions Work collaboratively
with other IT teams to integrate security and data protection into daily
operations and strategic initiatives Maintain accurate, comprehensive,
and up-to-date documentation of network architecture, system
Configurations, Procedures, And Standards Required Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or significantly related
field 3 years of recent related professional experience with enterprise
network and server infrastructure Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS,
DHCP, routing, switching, and subnetting Proven ability to troubleshoot,
apply good judgement, and problem solve under demanding circumstances
Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications (or in progress) such as CCNA, Network , Azure,
or similar Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Intune
Prior experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi virtualization Familiarity
with Cisco, UniFi, or similar networking platforms Proficient in
