Location: Concord, CA (99% Contra Costa County)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
Pay: Hourly (guaranteed 40 hrs/week) — approx. $70k–$90k/year depending on experience overtime

The job:
We’re hiring a seasoned low-voltage tech to install/service security systems and network gear across our own properties. This is in-house work — no outside customers.
What you’ll do:
- Install/service cameras, access control, door readers/hardware, VOIP, switches/Wi-Fi
- Run conduit, pull cable, terminate, label, test (CAT6/coax/fiber/HDMI)
- MDF/IDF/riser work; racks/patch panels/cable management
- Troubleshoot issues and keep installs clean/organized
- Basic job notes materials used
Must have:
- Low-voltage field experience (ideal 10 years, will consider less)
- Strong terminations troubleshooting
- Comfortable at heights (ladders/lifts) and in tight spaces
- CA driver’s license clean DMV
- Pass drug screening security background check
- Able to lift 50 lbs
Big plus (not required):
- Networking experience (switch/Wi-Fi/VLAN basics)
- Experience around fire panels / gates (we coordinate vendors)
- Familiar with common CCTV/access control platforms
