Currently, our Windows division in Medford, Wisconsin, a growing, major window and door manufacturer with manufacturing facilities located in Alabama, California, and Wisconsin, is seeking a qualified temporary Office Support person to work collaboratively with our division. This is a full-time, temporary role, estimated to last until January 2027. There may be opportunities for continued employment or other positions at the end of the assignment, depending on a number of factors.

About the Position

• Greet visitors and project a positive Company presence
  
• Professionally answer and route incoming calls
  
• Cross-train to assist in multiple departments, including Human Resources
  
• Data entry that is consistent, accurate, and timely
  
• Work efficiently to meet established deadlines
  
• Work collaboratively and promote a team environment

Qualifications

• 1-year recent office administration experience with good work references
  
• Demonstrated ability to maintain Company confidentiality
  
• Experience with accurate data entry
  
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
  
• Self-motivated, dependable, and organized, with willingness to take on increasing responsibilities
  
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

The general wage range for this position at Sierra Pacific Industries is from $17 and $20 per hour, and is dependent upon a number of factors, including, but not limited to: relevant work experience, skill, knowledge, and/or education.
