As the Supply Chain Lead at Sierra Pacific Engineering and Products (SPEP), you’ll be part of the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring materials flow seamlessly, inventory stays optimized, and production keeps running at peak performance. You’ll collaborate across internal teams applying sharp analytical skills to drive data-backed improvements in cost, service, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Supply Chain Planning: Handle procurement, production planning, forecasting, and logistics, giving you deep experience in end-to-end supply chain management.
• Strategy and Process Development: Implement new supply chain protocols and systems (including AI tools), strengthening your strategic and technical skills.
• Inventory Optimisation: Manage inventory levels to maximise efficiency and minimise waste, improving operational impact.
• Vendor Management: Build relationships, negotiate, and evaluate performance, honing your leadership and negotiation skills.
• Import/Export Compliance: Oversee international trade activities, including customs and compliance, expanding your global supply chain expertise.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Accounting, building influence and communication skills across the business.
• Project Leadership: Support large-scale facility projects, gaining experience in project management and operational execution.

The Person

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of supply chain and high-volume planning experience.
• Expertise in international trade, importing from Asia (customs and compliance).
• Experienced with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite).
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Leadership experience preferred; Mandarin language skills a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
