Radiation Therapist – $50–$77/hr $15K Sign-On Bonus

Location: Carson City, NV
Pay: $50–$77/hour, based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 with a 2-year commitment
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We are seeking a Radiation Therapist (RTT) to join our growing Radiation Oncology team in Carson City, Nevada. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RTT or qualified new graduate looking for competitive compensation, a strong team environment, and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed radiation treatments safely and accurately
• Perform patient positioning, imaging, verification, and treatment setup
• Assist with CT simulation as needed
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation
• Monitor and support patients throughout treatment
• Work closely with Radiation Oncologists, Physics, Dosimetry, and the clinical team
• Follow radiation safety, quality assurance, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
• ARRT (R)(T) certification required
• Current or eligible for required Nevada licensure
• BLS/CPR certification
• Strong patient-care and communication skills
• Experience preferred; qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply
