Office Administrator – SUB Certified Payroll/Accounts Payable
The Office Administrator position will work as part of the payroll team, providing support across multiple payroll functions. This role requires the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and to adjust priorities as operational needs change. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Payroll: providing support as a 4th role in payroll group: keying, editing, team collaboration
- Performs Certified Payroll tasks for SNC & Subcontracts
- Uploading in LCP Tracker and DIR, submitting to all agencies weekly
- Communicating with public agencies as necessary
- Update and upload fringe benefit payments
- Prepare wage comparisons as required
- Weekly compliance reporting
- New hire data entering
- Subcontractor customer service
- Accounts Payable:
- Invoice entries & statement reviews
- Vendor Relations
- Troubleshooting Issues: missing invoices, management holds, etc.
- Additional projects as required and assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required with two years of relevant experience required. Experience in the construction industry preferred.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills required.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
- Knowledge of Heavy Job, E360 and Spectrum is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
- This position requires a 5-panel pre-employment drug test.
