What You'll Do:
In this role, you will:
- Provide supervision and oversight of medical and clinical services within the Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU).
- Support staff development through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Oversee documentation quality and ensure compliance with Medi-Cal, county, and agency standards.
- Conduct audits and ensure medical and clinical documentation accuracy.
- Coordinate with county partners, hospitals, and law enforcement to maintain seamless service delivery.
- Monitor CSU safety protocols, narcotic logs, and regulatory documentation.
- Manage schedules, timesheets, and staffing coverage to ensure 24/7 operations.
- Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to agency-wide planning initiatives.
- Serve as part of the agency’s on-call supervisor rotation, providing after-hours operational support.

What You’ll Bring:
We welcome experienced behavioral health professionals with a passion for clinical leadership. Qualified candidates will have:
- Active CA licensure as one of the following:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in behavioral health crisis services or a related setting.
- At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of crisis stabilization, trauma-informed care, and recovery-oriented practices.
- Proficiency with EHR systems (e.g., SmartCare) and communication tools (Teams, Outlook).
- A valid driver’s license and current CPR certification.
Experience in a nonprofit or county-contracted behavioral health environment is preferred.

Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-Time, Salaried-Exempt: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with rotating on-call coverage (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
- Work Location: Grass Valley, CA (onsite).
- Salary Range: $90,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience.
