What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Business Development (Mental Health Partnerships) position at Sierra Meadows and Ascend Behavioral Health?
Director of Business Development
Ascend Behavioral Health | Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health
Tatum Psychology Employment Group (TPEG)
Help Shape the Future of Behavioral Health Access
At Tatum Psychology Employment Group, we believe exceptional mental health care should be accessible, outcomes-driven, and delivered with integrity. Our organization was built on the vision that communities deserve more than fragmented care — they deserve a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health services that truly change lives.
Over the past several years, we have expanded across multiple cities and levels of care while maintaining a clear commitment to clinical excellence, measurable outcomes, and responsible growth. As we continue expanding our programs, we are seeking a Director of Business Development who shares that vision and is ready to play a critical leadership role in shaping the future of access to care.
This is not a traditional outreach role. It is a strategic leadership position responsible for strengthening referral networks, guiding marketing and advertising initiatives, and partnering with admissions leadership to ensure individuals who need care can access it efficiently.
The ideal candidate is both relationship-driven and analytically strong, capable of building influential referral networks while collaborating with leadership on digital marketing strategy, brand positioning, and admissions performance.

The Director works closely with executive leadership, admissions teams, marketing partners, and clinical leadership to ensure sustainable growth aligned with the organization’s mission and outcomes-focused model of care.
