About the Role: 

The Logistics Analyst, Workforce Development role will support the NSG workforce development Team. Duties include development of training curricula, development of assessment methodology, development of training tools, and data analysis/dashboard development to track system performance.

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Knowledge of NAVAIR Logistics Workforce or relevant experience in Workforce Development.
  • Experience in operational logistics support or workforce training.
  • Experience in data analytics and dashboard development.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Active security clearance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired:

  • Experience with Waypoints or Cornerstone LMS strongly preferred.
  • Experience leading diverse teams.
  • Experience delivering to clients at all levels of an organization.

Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
