This is a full-time, on-site Dispatcher role located in Romulus, MI. The Dispatcher will coordinate and oversee the daily scheduling and dispatching of freight and delivery services, ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing. Responsibilities include effectively communicating with drivers, clients, and vendors, monitoring routing and truck performance, managing distribution schedules, and resolving any service-related issues that may arise. The Dispatcher will ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations while striving to deliver exceptional customer service.
