What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Now Developer position at Sierra Lobo, Inc.?
Preferred Location: Northwest Florida.
- Develop and configure Service Now Modules
- Integrate business systems
- Design and implement workflow automation
- Build and manage integrations to connect Service Now with external applications and data sources
- Create reports and dashboards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Provide user training and documentation
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, Employee Center, CSM, FSM (Field Service Management), and EAM (Enterprise Asset Management).
- Experience supporting Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, ERP, or enterprise business systems.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Deltek Costpoint, or comparable platforms.
- Strong knowledge of workflow automation, process improvement, business systems integration, and enterprise asset management.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ServiceNow scripting tools, REST APIs, and SOAP integrations.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, metrics, and business intelligence solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Periodic travel may be required for company meetings, training events, customer engagements, and business needs
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Equivalent combinations of education, military training, professional certifications, and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Months/Years of Experience:
Three (3) or more years of experience administering and developing enterprise business applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting government contracting organizations.
- Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, DCAA, and government contractor business processes.
- Experience implementing or administering ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management).
- Experience implementing or administering ServiceNow EAM (Enterprise Asset Management).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- Active security clearance or previous experience working in a cleared environment.
