A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: Education/Training: A Master’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university. Experience: Two years of experience administering academic support services or student services programs in higher education, student development or leadership experience in an educational setting, or similar experience in any other position reasonably related to the assignment.
