Position Overview This role provides high-level technical and infrastructure support for both executive leadership and general end users in a rapidly growing organization. The position involves hands-on troubleshooting, system administration, and project implementation related to modern workplace technologies and AV systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional white-glove technical support to executives and staff, providing 2nd and 3rd level assistance for both Windows and Mac environments.Manage and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across end-user devices and enterprise applications.Support and maintain over 100 conference rooms, including Cisco Webex, Crestron, and other AV systems.Assist with rollouts and deployments of new hardware, software, and collaboration technologies.Lead or participate in infrastructure and security projects, such as modern video conferencing solutions, flexible workspace tools, and system upgrades.Administer and support platforms including Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Azure AD, Box, Okta, ServiceNow, and Intune.Provide phone and conferencing support through Microsoft Teams, Cisco, and Crestron systems.Help manage MDM platforms, software licensing, and deployment processes.Use or develop PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks (training available if needed).Desired Skills and ExperienceStrong executive presence with excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.Proficiency in O365, Azure AD, and Windows 10; advanced Mac OS experience preferred.Hands-on experience with AV technologies such as Cisco Webex and Crestron.Knowledge of MDM, Intune, and identity platforms like Okta.Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.PowerShell scripting experience (or willingness to learn).If you thrive in a dynamic environment and take pride in delivering exceptional support, let’s connect – this could be your next great move!
