Job Title: STR Property Technician

Job Description: 4-day work week, Sunday - Wednesday; includes overnight on-call shifts Monday & Tuesday evenings. Employees self-manage their day from Breezeway, with the occasional added-on inspection or service request that is communicated from the office manager or owner. Fuel stipend is provided.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete arrival, back-to-back, departure, and occasional service requests. Provide a summary report for each task.
• Communicate any issues of the home on Breezeway and to the manager for documentation.
• Complete added requests to the inspection task, including but not limited to: early arrival or late departure, gift basket placement, fire starter placement, package delivery, refill soap dispensers, inventory home when requested, inventory of parking passes, spa and ski locker keys as noted on Breezeway. Meeting delivery companies or vendors at the client's home. Delivery and stacking of pellet bags.
• Light maintenance, including but not limited to: tightening set screws and securing loose hardware, fixtures, etc. Installation and removal of appliances. Changing light bulbs and batteries in remotes and detectors. Light cleaning (dusting/cobwebs when seen). Building and tearing down furniture, breaking down boxes, setting mouse traps, refilling propane tanks, and lighting pilot lights on fireplaces. Shovel decks, entryways, or garage berms when requested.
• On-Call Responsibilities: 5:00 pm – 8:00 am overnight. Commission earned when called out. Responsible for any emergency service requests. I.E., guest lockout, troubleshoot heating, etc. All service calls are documented on Breezeway and marked completed when the service call is complete.

Qualifications:

• Be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Be able to walk throughout the day
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work and drive in all weather conditions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
