Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description: 5-day work week; Thursday - Monday. Employee self-manages their day from Breezeway, with the occasional added-on inspection/maintenance task that is communicated from the office manager or owner. Must be available for on-call shift on Thursday and Friday evenings for emergency service calls. Company truck, phone, and fuel are provided.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete arrival, back-to-back, departure inspections, as well as service/maintenance requests.
• Complete added comments to the inspection task, including and not limited to: early arrival or late departure, gift basket placement, fire starter placement, package delivery, shovel decks, entryways, garage berms, as needed. Delivery and stacking of pellet bags, refill dispensers, inventory home when requested, inventory of parking passes, spa and ski locker keys as noted on Breezeway. Meeting delivery companies or vendors at the home.
• Maintenance of homes including and not limited to: tightening set screws and securing loose hardware, fixtures, etc. Light Plumbing: diagnosing issues, changing out toilet/shower/faucet parts, recaulking. Installation and removal of appliances. Changing light bulbs and batteries in remotes and detectors. Touch up painting/staining. Light cleaning: dusting/cobwebs when seen, power washing decks. Building and tearing down furniture, breaking down boxes, setting & removing mouse traps, refilling propane tanks, lighting pilot lights on fireplaces. Troubleshooting appliances when possible.
• On-Call Responsibilities: Thursday & Friday; 5:00 pm – 8:00 am overnight on-call. Responsible for any emergency service requests. All service calls are documented on Breezeway as a maintenance task and marked completed when the service call is complete. Commission earned is based on the time of request.
• Communicate any issues of home on Breezeway and to manager for documentation and plan to repair.

Qualifications:

• Be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's License.
• Ability to work and drive in all weather conditions.
• Can self-manage their day responsibly.
• Must have critical thinking skills.
• Must live in the Mammoth Lakes area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
