We are looking for a determined, competitive, and confident Account Executive to join our team of tax resolution experts! With unlimited growth and a large earning potential, we are looking for someone who is eager to join us in this fast-paced industry!
The Account Executive position qualifies prospective clients and determines if Omni Tax Solutions could provide services to assist them in resolving their tax issues. The following list outlines the essential job duties and expectations:
The Role:
- Provides excellent customer service to all potential and current clients
- Calls sales leads with a high level of urgency, efficiency, and courtesy
- Qualify and establish the initial level of interest from prospective clients
- Generate initial requests through the Client Qualification Form (CQF)
- Negotiates and builds authentic relationships with clients while educating them on the services that Omni provides
- Facilitates onboarding of clients and works cohesively with Associate teams accordingly
- Displays accountability and dependability within the company
- Ad hoc duties

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous Industry experience is required

This is position is full-time (40 hours/week) and is eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment. The expected working hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4 pm.
