Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of clinical trial activities, including participant recruitment, enrollment, and follow-up procedures
• Ensure adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and institutional policies throughout the research process
• Collect, organize, and maintain accurate study data in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
• Obtain informed consent from participants by explaining study procedures, risks, and benefits clearly and thoroughly
• Schedule and conduct study visits, monitor participant safety, and document adverse events promptly
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate audits and inspections as needed
• Manage study documentation such as case report forms (CRFs), consent forms, and regulatory submissions with meticulous attention to detail

Skills

• Strong understanding of clinical research processes, regulations (such as FDA or ICH guidelines), and ethical standards
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders including participants, healthcare providers, and regulatory personnel
• Proficiency in electronic data capture systems and Microsoft Office Suite for documentation purposes
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining confidentiality at all times
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges during study conduct
• Prior experience in clinical research coordination or related healthcare roles is preferred but not required; relevant certifications such as CCRP (Certified Clinical Research Professional) are a plus
