Sierra Experts is seeking a technical, driven individual to join our team for the position of Service Delivery Coordinator.

Responsibilities
Coordinate customer and internal technical activities and projects to achieve service delivery and project management objectives, including but not limited to ensuring the following:
- Close customer contact; maintains excellent customer service delivery
- Maintains priority of work activities company budget and profit
- Profitability Work is performed in a cost-effective and profitable manner
- Works closely with internal systems engineering and software engineering groups.
- Strong Understanding of Technology (or capacity and energy to learn)
- Strong understanding of fundamental IT concepts in the areas of desktops, servers, networking, hosting and software development.
- Knowledge of advanced technical details related to IT implementations & software development activities.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.

- Interpret high-level network diagrams and knowledge of Technical Task Documentation
- Ability to review and interpret advanced technical work notes
- Ability to interpret technical quotations and invoices or ability to learn rapidly and adapt quickly
- Ability to write technical software specifications
Education Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent experience.
- Basic knowledge, ability and experience of:
- Software Engineering
- Information Systems Support
- Information Systems Engineering
- Business Administration or related disciplines
