Position Summary:
Join their dynamic team as an Executive Administrative Assistant, providing invaluable high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and senior leadership team. If you have a passion for efficiency and organization, we invite you to be an integral part of our success.
Essential Responsibilities & Functions:
· Offer exceptional administrative support to the CEO and assigned senior leadership team.
· Handle clerical and administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing documents.
· Build collaborative relationships with peers and other staff members to achieve departmental and corporate objectives.
· Schedule and attend meetings on behalf of the leadership team, taking meticulous notes and recording minutes.
· Act as the point of contact for incoming communications and memos, determining priorities and efficiently distributing information as needed.
· Execute general office duties, including record maintenance, supply orders, and basic bookkeeping.
· Demonstrate the ability to remain completely confidential with patient and company information.
· Exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
· Demonstrate meticulous organizational abilities with impeccable attention to detail.
· Possess excellent time management skills, consistently meeting deadlines.
· Thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.
· Showcase extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
· Fulfill additional responsibilities as delegated by CEO, leadership team, and/or providers.
Requirements/Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree required, although 10 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
· 3 years experience in an Executive Administrative Assistant role reporting to C-level professional(s)
· Display proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, and QuickBooks with a capacity to quickly adapt to new applications.
· Type at least 50 words per minute.
· Known to be fast-paced, adept at multi-tasking, able to handle shifting priorities with ease
Physical Requirements:
· Extended periods spent at a desk, working on a computer.
· Capability to lift up to 15 pounds when necessary.
