Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager

Location: Onsite (100%) – Anchorage, Alaska

Duration: July 27, 2026 – December 31, 2026

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM AKST (40 Hours/Week)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the recovery and stabilization of a Solid Waste Services SaaS implementation. The ideal candidate will manage project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure successful delivery of critical business applications, including billing, routing, integrations, and operational workflows.

Required Qualifications

• 8 years (Expert) of IT Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS implementation or stabilization projects.
• Strong experience with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience managing system integrations (ERP, GIS, payment systems, telematics, or similar enterprise applications).
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Experience preparing project status reports, change requests, and executive presentations.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Experience with contract management, RFPs, and vendor coordination is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
• Experience working with public sector, municipal utilities, or Solid Waste Services organizations.
• Experience with enterprise billing, routing, and operational management systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
