Pay: $21–$23 per hour with growth potential based on performance
Schedule: Full-time, 4 days/week (Mon-Thu 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Experience: Open to no experience or some dental experience
About the Role:
We are a well-organized, patient-focused dental office looking for a dependable Dental Assistant to join our team.
This is a structured role focused on keeping the clinical flow running smoothly. We are open to both entry-level candidates and those with some dental experience, and we provide step-by-step training.
This role is primarily focused on sterilization, setup, and keeping the back office running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Sterilization and instrument processing (primary responsibility)
- Room turnover and setup between patients
- Prepare trays and materials for procedures
- Assist with basic dental procedures (as trained)
- Support hygiene and restorative flow
- Help with post-op visits and suture removals (after training)
- Keep operatories clean, stocked, and organized
