Job Summary:
As a Dairy Laboratory Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our laboratory team with the testing and analysis of dairy products. Please note, this position requires working on weekends and holidays as part of a rotating schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with routine testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished dairy items (milk, cheese, yogurt, etc.).
- Prepare and label laboratory samples for analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and observations.
- Help clean, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Ensure the laboratory is organized, clean, and complies with safety protocols.
- Support various laboratory tasks as needed.
