We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Tunnel Loader to join our express car wash team. In this fast-paced environment, the Car Wash Attendant plays a key role in delivering a quick, safe, and high-quality wash experience for every customer. This position involves guiding vehicles into the wash tunnel, performing light pre-wash preparation, maintaining cleanliness of the facility, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Guide vehicles safely onto the conveyor/tunnel system
- Perform pre-wash preparation (bug prep, wheel cleaning, pre-soak application)
- Monitor vehicles as they enter the wash to prevent damage or safety issues
- Maintain cleanliness of wash tunnel, vacuum stations, and surrounding property
- Empty trash receptacles and restock cleaning supplies as needed
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly
- Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
