Sierra Capital Advisory is seeking three Account Executives to connect with business owners, understand their financing needs, and help move qualified opportunities from initial conversation through funding. We provide the leads, dialer, CRM, and sales infrastructure. You bring strong communication, consistent follow-up, and the ability to build client relationships.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Make outbound calls to prospective business clients using provided leads.
• Understand financing needs and gather relevant business information.
• Explain the application process clearly without promising approval or funding.
• Collect applications and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow up on open opportunities.
• Coordinate with our team to move qualified applications toward funding.
• Communicate professionally and handle client information responsibly.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Strong phone, written communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with outbound prospecting and handling objections.
• Organization, persistence, and reliable follow-through.
• Ability to manage a pipeline independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in business financing, lending, or outbound sales is preferred.
• Access to reliable internet and a quiet workspace for client calls.
COMPENSATION AND ENGAGEMENT
This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity with competitive commission tiers and performance bonuses. There is no base salary or guaranteed income. Earnings vary based on results and the applicable commission agreement. Commission tiers, bonus criteria, and payment terms will be explained during the interview process.
