We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead and deliver AIML-driven initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging AI tools to improve project outcomes, efficiency, and decision-making. Lead AIML and data-driven projects from initiation to closure Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, business stakeholders, and vendors Drive AgileScrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) Use AI tools to: o Automate reporting and status tracking o Predict risks and delays o Optimize resource allocation Manage project timelines, budgets, and dependencies Ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements Track and report KPIs, risks, and mitigation plans Communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders Support change management and adoption of AI solutions
Job Qualifications & Skills
Soft Skills - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Agile Certification (SAFe, CSM, or equivalent) Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) Experience in AIML, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation projects Strong understanding of: o Agile Scrum SAFe methodologies o Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) Experience with tools like: o Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow o AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
