Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality individual, group, or family therapy to a diverse caseload.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Requirements
- Licensure: Active California license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC (required).
- Strong clinical skills and a desire to work in a private practice setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation
- Annual Salary: $132,000 - $182,000 (depending on experience and caseload).
