The role of the customer service agent is to assist in the day-to-day operations of the company in an airport environment. Our company partners with the airlines to provide supplementary manpower in the areas of assisting passengers with disability, aircraft cleaning, aircraft security, and baggage handling.
As a candidate, you must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask different responsibilities. The candidate must also possess good communication skills as it is expected that the candidate converse with our airline partners and travelling passengers.
