Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders.
- Operate registers and POS systems accurately to process transactions.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and practices during food preparation and handling.
- Prepare menu items according to established recipes and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and equipment.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; we provide training for all new hires.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
