Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly to meet health standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies and handling ingredients when needed.
- Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces.
- Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen to uphold hygiene standards across all food service areas.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service times.
