Dental Practice Manager (Two Locations | Multi-Doctor Practice)

Secondary Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Compensation: $50,000–$56,000 per year performance incentives
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday
About the Role
We are a busy, growing multi-doctor dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee daily operations across two locations (Miramar and Pompano Beach).
This is a true management role focused on leadership, training, managing multiple doctors’ schedules, driving case acceptance, and performance accountability. The manager will be primarily based in Miramar while providing consistent oversight and communication with the Pompano Beach team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day front office operations across both practice locations
- Manage and optimize schedules for multiple doctors and hygiene providers to maximize production and minimize downtime
- Drive case acceptance through oversight of treatment coordination, follow-up systems, and patient financial communication
- Track, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including case acceptance, schedule utilization, and office workflow
- Support and coach treatment coordinators and front office staff to improve conversion and follow-through
- Coach, train, and support front office team members
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient privacy standards
- Train and oversee all duties of a dental office manager, including front desk workflows, scheduling, insurance processes, and patient communication
- Maintain consistent systems, protocols, and standards between locations
- Ensure smooth patient experience from first call to checkout
- Communicate regularly with the doctor/owner regarding KPI performance, scheduling efficiency, and operational goals
Qualifications
- 3 years experience in dental front office leadership or dental management
- Proven experience managing schedules for multiple doctors
- Demonstrated success driving case acceptance
- Strong understanding of productive scheduling and dental KPIs
- Experience with treatment coordination and insurance workflows
- Confident leader who holds teams accountable to results
- Highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing priorities across more than one office
