Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable Retail Associate to help our customers shop, assist at the register, and keep the store well-organized. You’ll be essential in providing a supportive experience to our shoppers while managing inventory and maintaining cleanliness.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly manner
- Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately
- Receive and inspect deliveries
- Stock shelves and rotate products
- Remove expired goods and follow store guidelines
- Explain WIC benefits and guide customers in using them
- Keep the store clean, organized, and safe
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions
- Close the store when scheduled (typically twice a week)
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in retail or food store preferred
- Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift boxes and move product as needed
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a fast learner
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
