A day in this roleOn our 1st Shift, you27ll start at 6:00am and wrap up by 2:30pm, working alongside a supportive team focused on quality and continuous improvement. You27ll rotate through various stations, assemble components, and keep production moving smoothly26mdash;all while maintaining a clean, safe, and collaborative environment.

Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00am202D202:30pm
Hourly Rate: $18.38
- Build products by following visual guides, written instructions, standard procedures, and verbal direction.
- Operate hand tools, pneumatic and power tools, material handling equipment, and computer-controlled machinery of various sizes.
- Move parts and materials to support production flow and schedule commitments.
- Rotate between cells, stations, and departments based on operational priorities.
- Complete production, quality, and departmental records with accuracy and timeliness.
- Spot and report equipment, process, or quality issues to the appropriate contacts.
- Set up, adjust, and change over products, equipment, and processes according to documented procedures.
- Contribute to a safe, well-organized, team-first workplace while meeting quality and productivity goals.
- Comfort with the physical nature of manufacturing work, including standing or sitting, bending, pushing, pulling, and similar movements throughout the shift.
- Ability to read and follow English instructions and documentation related to assembly, testing, safety, and equipment.
- Skill in assembling and fine-tuning products to defined work instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
- Capability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds.
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
Preferred: High School Diploma or GED
