- Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm)
- Pay: $19.00/hour $1.00 shift differential
- Build and wire low- and medium-voltage electrical distribution products: motor control centers, MV breakers, and switchgear.
- Fit steel structures, assemble sub-assemblies/parts kits, and complete aftermarket orders.
- Read BOMs, layouts, and assembly drawings; complete basic wiring as requested.
- Document job transactions accurately; apply specified torque with torque wrenches.
- Work safely, follow standardized processes, and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate as a strong team contributor; handle additional tasks as assigned.
- 1 year in mechanical assembly or a closely related mechanical field.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. on an occasional basis.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Proven performance in quality and productivity.
- Adherence to Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety policy and the Management System, with a focus on continuous improvement of results.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Forklift operator experience.
- Experience with SAP.
- Ability to identify mechanical parts and electrical components.
- Comfort with hand and power tools (pneumatic and battery-powered).
- Understanding of torque wrench usage and torque specifications.
- Skilled with tape measures and other measuring devices.
